2) Collection Methods
We collect minimum information after obtaining consent on the homepage or mobile application (in the case of tenure certificate for teacher certification, in writing, fax, consultation board, email, etc. In addition, information that is required to be kept by applicable laws and regulations is kept for the period stipulated by the law and then destroyed.
3. Retention and use period of personal information
Personal information is retained while using the Tinkerbell service, and the collected data is destroyed when the member withdraws. However, if necessary, the Company may have a minimum number of personal information items with the consent of the withdrawing user to prevent severe losses, crimes, lawsuits, etc. In addition, information that is required to be kept by applicable laws and regulations is kept for the period stipulated by the law and then destroyed.

6. User's rights and obligations

8. Destruction of Personal Information
In principle, Thinkerbell retains and uses users' personal information for the period notified and agreed upon and destroys it immediately when the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved or when a user requests destruction.
1) Destruction procedure
When the information entered by the user for membership is fulfilled or the period of retention and use has elapsed, the data is separated and stored separately following the internal policy and other relevant laws and regulations and is used only for storage and is not used for other purposes such as marketing.
2) Destruction Methods
Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration, and personal data stored in electronic files is deleted using technical methods that do not allow the records to be reproduced.
3) Dormant Member Policy
Suppose a member does not log in for more than one year. In that case, Thinkerbell considers the account dormant and keeps the member's information separate. After being changed to an inactive account, you cannot use the services provided by the Company. To use the services again, you must fulfill the inactive member release procedure specified by the Company.
9. Technical and Administrative Measures to Protect Personal Information
Thinkerbell takes the following technical and administrative measures to ensure the safety of your personal information so that it is not lost, stolen, leaked, altered, or damaged.
1) Technical protection measures
① Users' passwords are stored and managed by one-way encryption, and personal information can only be checked and changed by the person who knows the password.
